Well, I've uploaded a video for you all. It only took three tries and about 2 1/2 hours, but here it is!
This is the celebration during our worship service today in honor of six believers baptized into Christ - five brothers and one sister. We are singing "Shangwe, Haleluya!" which roughly translates to "Rejoicings, Hallelujah!" Enjoy!

After all that work, I made sure to watch it, and it was worth it! Thank you for sharing and bringing back warm memories of our visit there.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, the boys were asking today if there were trees in Africa and if it got hot there when we were driving to church today. (NO idea what brought it to their minds. Then Alex told us there were no hippos in Taylor Lake-near my parents house-and they were both shocked to hear hippos were ONLY in Africa.) Interesting to see where their minds go!
